The costly hoax pulled by a section of our senators that President Kenyatta is planning to make himself a permanent resident of State House by amending the constitution, represents a new phase of desperation by some opposition individuals. May I warn those senators that consequences abound such unsubstantiated comments.
I thought that by now, everyone should have known our president better. May I thank my President for sidestepping the allegations despite being apprised and it only confirms how mature he is politically.
Whoever thought that Kenyans were agog with such news, he has failed. To have released such sensitive allegations to Kenyans without any actual substantiation confirms that the President and his minders have learnt nothing despite the travails of Kenyans during the post election violence.
Expectedly and fortunately, the indiscretion by the rogue ‘SANE-HATERS’ led to a barrage of questions from level headed Kenyans, who culturally prefer to see seeing before believing.
In my view, President Kenyatta does not thirst for an unconstitutional term extension. Haters tend to bring the ugly out of every beautiful situation. No one should be misled that President Kenyatta is capable of committing such impeachment offence.
Notwithstanding, people must learn to respect the President irrespective of whether they voted for him or otherwise.
