Word making rounds has it that Gor Mahia youth might have been blinded by presence of the extremely beautiful queens at Jericho’s Camp Toyoyo and lost to Mwiki’s Terror Squad in the Nairobi Champions Cup final, Politica has gathered.
The gorgeous ladies were there to present the trophy but Gor Mahia Players concentrated on their fascinating beauty and forgot to play football.
Mwiki custodian Stephen Onyango saved Gor Mahia’s penalty, sending jitters to their fans who disputed the save claiming he had moved before the ball was kicked.
They refused to let Terror Squad take the supposed determinant kick which could send them packing had they scored, prompting the referee to finish the game and award victory to Red Eagles.
During the regular time, Gor Mahia were reduced to ball boys by the adeptness of Terror Squad and they were seen unavailingly searching for the ball.
Gor Mahia could not stand seeing another team going with Ksh1million given that they had hammered their earlier opponents mercilessly on their way to the finals. As a result, they turned chaotic and prevented the winners from being awarded the trophy and the Ksh1million cash prize. Terror Squad were awarded the following day on 28th by sponsor Nick Mwendwa.
