1.Shower with Antibacterial Soap

2. Watch your Diet

Foods that tend to make you sweat more, such as hot peppers, onions, garlic, or other spicy foods contain aromas that can come out through your pores when you sweat.
Drinks with caffeine or alcohol can also cause you to sweat more.

Once you clean and dry, you can use strong antiperspirants on your underarms as they mask the smell of odor-causing bacteria. You can apply once in the morning or once before bedtime. These deodorants have a chemical, aluminum chloride that helps keep sweat away.
You don’t need a prescription to get a powerful antiperspirant. Look for ones that say they’re higher strength.
If you think you need more help, ask your doctor about prescription antiperspirants as some may contain strong compounds which are dangerous for your body.
4. Do Your Laundry
Bacteria easily accumulate on used clothes and an unpleasant smell can stick when not washed properly. You should wash your clothes regularly with antibacterial soap to avoid the awful smell of odor-causing bacteria.
Fresh clothes helps to keep the body odor down hence a change of clothes often when you are sweating heavily is highly advised.
If you tend to have foot odor make sure you wash and change your socks frequently or use deodorant powders in your shoes or go barefoot when possible.
5. Towel off Well
