Getting into the cosmetic shop is your number one solution but the price of the promising remedy creams is unbelievable.

Acne is a common occurrence in women of all ages. It mostly affects the face, neck, face, chest, back, and shoulders. These areas contain lots of oil glands, sebum, and dead cells which block hair follicles giving way for bacteria to thrive and inflame the skin.

Steaming is easy as you just boil your water and while hot put in a bowl and add herbs such as neem. Use a towel or blanket and lower your head over the water. Do this for 6 minutes while your eyes are closed. You can later use a clean cloth or a face towel to remove the impurities from your face.

4. Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe Vera is widely known for its soothing and cooling effect on your skin. It’s responsible for boosting the blood flow to your skin and killing harmful bacteria that lead to the growth of pimples. It is effective for removing oiliness on your face which is responsible for blocking your pores leading to pimples.

You can buy your aloe Vera gel from drug stores, beauty shops, or creating your own. The readily available and cheap gel is in high demand and you may miss it at the retailer.

To make your own, cut the aloe Vera in sections. Turn your blade to its side and slide it under the skin to get the flesh. Cut the flesh into 2 pieces and ensure you put it in a clean bowl you don’t want it contaminated and overreact on your skin. Put the flesh in the blender to make it smooth and store in your fridge. You can later apply the natural aloe Vera gel on affected areas consistently for better results.

5. Garlic

Garlic has antioxidants that protect against cell damage which leads to acne and pimples. It also contains antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, and that helps in treating and clearing acne and pimples. Garlic consumption is also good as it ensures amazing health by purifying your blood and blocking future breakouts.

Garlic is affordable and easy to use. Peel your garlic clove while rubbing it on the affected area a few times per day. For those with sensitive skin, crush it and mix with water to dilute the mixture.

6. Cucumber

Cucumber is almost 96% water. It’s known as an anti-inflammatory and is great when you used on pimples to reduce their red appearance. To use it, make a mask with other natural ingredients.
